  • 225 g of unsalted butter.
  • 225 gr of brown whole cane sugar.
  • 2 tablespoons molasses.
  • 350 gr of oat flakes

1. Grease a rectangular or square mold and preheat the oven to 180ยบ with heat up and down for 10 minutes. Reserve the mold. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat along with the sugar and molasses.

2. Stir constantly to avoid sticking. When the mixture is liquid, remove it from the heat and add the rolled oats.

3. Stir and make sure all the flakes are impregnated. Pour the mixture into the mold and bake for 40 minutes.

4. Let cool completely before unmolding; and once it has been removed from the mold, it begins to break it into pieces with the help of a knife.

5. You can make the pieces of the size you want. If you feel like it, you can melt a little chocolate to pour it on top.
